JayBee's does indeed make some my-tee-fine brisket. Once in a while, they serve it before it's been in the smoker long enough to get that caramelized fall-apart-tenderness that is the ideal for brisket. But, usually, the brisket at JayBee's is hard to beat.
 
JayBee's is located at 15915 South Avalon Blvd. in Gardena. Take the Avalon turnoff from the 91 Freeway (east of the 110), and go north on Avalon. JayBee's is located in a little triangular island near the intersection of Avalon and E. Alondra.
