Service: 0. A friend visiting from NYC called me from the restaurant; I told her I'd stop by to say hello. I was wearing gym shorts and a sweatshirt. They wouldn't let me in. I told them that I was just stopping by, could they please just let me stop in and tell her that I was here and she should talk to me outside? Nope. Could I just poke my head in and identify her so that they could pass the message along to her that I was standing outside? Nope. I stood outside for 10 minutes and then left, never got to see my friend. Infuriating.
