A few years ago, I had a very satisfying meal at Ocean Park Cafe, in Santa Monica on Ocean Park near the airport. The typical diner setting masked some rather inventive takes on typical breakfast staples. I had a great plate of trout and eggs. 1. Is it still there?, and 2. Has it slipped? One time does not a bank of experience make, so hopefully some Westsiders will chime in.
