2003-09-22 - Technical Compliance Beats Noncompliance OK so it was almost midnight EDT on Friday when I posted the fifth strip this week, but that's technically what I promised. Sorry for the delay. 2003-09-22 - Promise Fulfilled Last week I promised to update Cliptoons every day this week. I shall not let you down. 5 new Cliptoons will be posted in a row this Monday-Friday. 2003-09-16 - Where the Hell Are the Updates? A valid question. I have just been overwhelmed with work on the book and I still don't have a scanner at home, so it hasn't been an easy proposition either to load John's strips or to write new ones of my own. However, I will make it up to the reading public... All next week, Cliptoons will update EVERY WEEKDAY. You'll get five strips next week, as a reward for your patience. Then, we'll be back to one-a-week on Tuesdays. 2003-07-08 - Cliptoons' Arrival Shatters Traffic Record Holy Appropriate Wacky Noun, Batman! PartiallyClips.com's previous 1-day pagehit traffic record: 3042, second best: 1787, average: 1000-ish. On July 7, Cliptoons' first day out of the gate: 5344! About 2800 of those pages were people checking out the new strip. I used to get MONTHS that didn't have 5000 pagehits...DAY-um. 2003-07-06 - Cliptoons has come to PartiallyClips.com! It was a natural fit. John Hartzell's darkly funny one-panel clip art strip has now teamed up with my three-panel clip art strip to give you all of your clip art humor needs in one convenient location. Stop wondering what all of those seemingly happy people in your clip art collection are really thinking. We're here to show you. Cliptoons will update every Tuesday.
