Tourist Board Employees
In 1999, World Calendar, will have an electronic drawing for a trip for two to Barbados, World Calendar headquarters. Employees of tourist boards or departments of economic development at the national, state, and local levels who have submitted 100 or more events to us are automatically eligible. Include your name and contact information when you submit your events. No other registration is necessary. The winner will receive a trip for himself/herself and one guest. The winner may transfer the prize to any other employee within the same office. The trip includes two round-trip airline tickets (not to exceed $1000 each) and double accommodations for one week. When you receive the listing of events that meet your search request, you will see a red letter W next to some of the events. This is our Win symbol which means that the event sponsor is giving away a free trip for two to the event. To enter, click on the event name which will link you to the event's Web site. By reading about the event, you automatically become eligible for the electronic drawing for a free trip.
