HEYYYYYYYY EVERYONE! GREAT NEWS! WE WILL HAVE A PRE-PARTY FOR MY MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT IN AUSTIN, TEXAS AND WILL BE CASTING PEOPLE AT THE PARTY AS WELL. So a few of you seem to be a little confused about who I am and what exactly it is that I do. Well to make it easier for me and yourself I’m going to give you a quick summary of who this “Tila Tequila” chick is..haha! Are you ready? Ok here we go:
I was discovered at the mall in Houston, Texas when I was 18 years old by a Playboy scout. At that time I wasn’t interested in modeling because it wasn’t my style. I was too much of a tomboy and had too big of an ego to become “a model.” About a year later I continued to receive a ton of modeling offers and after a while I was like, “Ok what the fuck? I might as well go for it...it’s money!” And I definitely needed money, so I did my first shoot for Playboy when I was 19 years old. Since then I have appeared in 6 Playboy magazines as well as Playboy T.V. and their website. I was also congratulated for making history as Playboy’s first Asian to ever win the Cyber Girl of the Month title!! Soon I started modeling for all types of other magazines, calendars, catalogues, ads, and even launched my own website all by the age of 19 WWW.TILASHOTSPOT.COM. It was weird cuz modeling was never really my thing but it came to me and I embraced it because I knew it would help me get my foot in the door and get some cash on the side.
Anyway, to make a long story short, I moved out to Hollywood when I just turned 20 with nothing but a dream. I wanted to do more than just modeling. I wanted to show the world something real. I wanted to express myself because I always have something to say, and I needed to do it BAD! My truest dream was to become a singer, but for some reason I was too shy to let anyone know about it. I wasn’t prepared yet, but one day I was like, “Fuck it! I’m going to get my ass up and DO THIS!” I totally fell in love with Rock ‘n Roll and loved the raw energy of a live band. Unlike a lot of those lip-singing popstars, Rock ‘n Roll was pure and rugged....just like me!
So it took me FOREVER to find the right people to start a band with the sound I was looking for. The first few bands that I ever started out with must’ve been the shittiest bands you’ll probably ever hear and it’s a good thing you won’t be hearing them! Hahaha! But hey, we all make mistakes in order to learn from them. After a while I quit all those bands because I knew I didn’t belong there. They didn’t have the same drive, ambition, and vision that I had for myself. So I did the best thing I could ever do...I started recording my own solo project. Til this day I am currently still recording and making all my dreams come true one by one. It’s a lot of work but in the end I know that anything is possible if you stick with your plan. In the meanwhile I am still modeling to help pay the bills and you probably seen me on the VH1 special “Surviving Nugent.” It was pretty lame but it was fun at the same time, but still at this moment I dedicate all my free time to writing and making music. I love what I do and I love all the twists and turns life has to offer. Live young and die young....that’s me.
P.S.-KEEP IN MIND THAT MODELING IS JUST ANOTHER JOB WITH A COSTUME. JUST BECAUSE I MODEL DOESN'T MEAN IN REAL LIFE I GIVE A FUCK WHAT I LOOK LIKE...BECAUSE I DON'T...IT SEEMS TO ME LIKE SOME PEOPLE CARE MORE THAN I DO...

HEY EVERYONE! I FINALLY DECIDED TO CHANGE MY PROFILE INTO A MUSIC PAGE. MY FIRST EP WILL HOPEFULLY BE RELEASING IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS AND I AM SOOO EXCITED BECAUSE I HAVE WORKED SOOO, SOOO HARD ON IT! IN CASE YOU'RE ALL WONDERING I DO WRITE AND PRODUCE MY OWN MUSIC, HOWEVER I DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS WITH COLLABORATING WITH OTHER GREAT MUSICIANS.
ANYWAY...THIS HAS BEEN A LONG, INTERESTING, TIRING, TRIUMPHANT, LONELY, EXCITING, AND AMAZING JOURNEY FOR ME! I TRULY HAPPY THAT I CAN SHARE THAT WITH ALL OF YOU AND FOR EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTS WHAT I DO...THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I COULDN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH...AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T LIKE ME JUST BECAUSE...WELL THAT'S OK TOO....YOU CAN'T EXPECT ME TO PLEASE THE ENTIRE WORLD CAN YA? PLUS I WOULDN'T WANT TO....TOO BIG OF A JOB...HEHE.....THANKS AGAIN!
