19 new images, and a couple of old ones

 I managed to scrape up another 19 images! 18 are now in the Web Archive (mainly from 1996, 2001, and 2002), and 1 is in the Mermaids section.
I also put up a couple that I accidentally overlooked when I had to re-upload the pictures, and have also transferred the ratings over from before the change.
