October 7 is Respect Life Sunday. October is recognized by parishes across the country as Respect Life month. Pastors have received the annual Respect Life parish packets from the US Catholic Conference. The program packet contains liturgical suggestions, clip art, posters, a sample flyer, and six essays on important pro-life topics. The program packet also contains a flyer which calls attention to the "Rachel Goes to College" project. This is a special outreach to college and university campuses regarding Project Rachel post-abortion ministry.
