The Vanguard Project is an ongoing study of HIV rates and risk factors in young gay and bisexual men in the Greater Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada.
The study is coordinated by the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS, which is a joint project of St. Paul's Hospital and the University of British Columbia, and funded by grants from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (Health Canada), the Canadian Foundation for Innovation and the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research.Last updated: May 17, 2002.
