| | A. | When establishing a planned gift, you draft the provision in your will or trust or make the gift now and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, an archdiocesan parish, school, Saint Francis Seminary or Catholic Charities receives the proceeds on your death. The fact that we know you have included us in your estate plan or made the planned gift now will assist in our planning for the future since we can expect to receive the balance of proceeds upon your death.
