Story: An upscale pasta bar and eatery where one can sit in a secluded booth to dine or actually sit at the bar and watch the chef while he prepares their meal.

Theme: Italy! Dimly lit renaissance-style decor with the din of quiet conversation in the background! Prints of valuable artwork adorn the walls.

Challenge: To create a "romance-in-the-air" attitude for couples while providing singles with a bar to sit and enjoy their repast.
