Story: A downtown cafe and eatery with a Continental flair. Patrons sit quietly, indulging in a cup of gourmet, perhaps filling the gap with homemade soup-de-jour and a made-to-order sandwich.

Theme: Dark and rich.. think gourmet coffee! Euro-style cafe which sells it's gourmet coffees and teas by the pound. Bagels and lunch to go and eat-in. Complimentary newspapers.

Challenge: To create a "My quiet time" attitude for patrons while providing take-home coffee beans and grinds.
