 Q.How will we submit our implementation plans/progress reports?
 
 A.The Implementation Commission will prepare a reporting method to be used at the cluster and district levels. Each cluster will present an annual up-date at the late winter or spring for priest district meetings and APC district meetings.

The dean, APC district member and parish consultant will develop a district report from the cluster up-dates and meet with the Implementation Commission to present the information in fuller detail. Each district APC member will also present the data to the APC. Each dean will present the information to the Archdiocesan Council of Priests. This process will be on-going.
