NIFTI_ECODE_WORKFLOW_FWDS
The NIFTI_ECODE_WORKFLOW_FWDS extension is used to store a Fiswidgets workflow
specification. The workflow specifies a series of neuroimaging analysis steps
along with all their associated parameters. This workflow specification can be
used to document how a dataset was processed, or, can be loaded into the Fiswidgets
workflow engine to process additional datasets.
The workflow specification is formatted in XML, using Fiswidgets specific XML tags,
as per the fiswidgets dtd document.
Here is an example
NIFTI_ECODE_WORKFLOW_FWDS XML extension and its
text not too pretty print.
A Java parser to print the workflow specification is available on the Fiswidgets website
under Tools/FXParser.
Fiswidgets is an open source workflow system for neuroimaging analysis, for more
details see the website: http://fiswidgets.sourceforge.net/
