Custom Forms in Outlook

I saw this on the office website this morning.  Debra has written a comprehensive tutorial showing you how to customise the default Outlook forms.  I remember when I was looking after exchange 5.5, and having great fun with custom forms, for everything from holiday forms to that amazing chess form that allowed you to play chess via email.  I seem to remember that these forms were on the office resource kit or somewhere like that.

Happy days...
