They have said that they will refuse to provide deeper debt cancellation for impoverished nations, even when they acknowledge that their current program is failing to resolve the debt crisis.

-- Our legislative push for deeper debt relief is in jeopardy! The Treasury Department has been on Capitol Hill trying to lobby against bipartisan debt relief legislation. They have dug in their heels and said -no more relief!
