The Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) is now accepting national pre-applications. CCHD is a national social justice program coordinated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. CCHD addresses the root causes of poverty in America through promotion and support of community controlled, self-help organizations and through transformative education with the non-poor.

CCHD uses the national pre-application process to determine the funding eligibility of organizations. Those organizations that are currently receiving CCHD funds do not need to submit a pre-application. Pre-applications must be postmarked by November 1.
