A Prayer Service will be held to honor the prophetic witness of Archbishop Oscar Romero to the churches of the Americas and commemorate the 25th anniversary of his martyrdom in El Salvador. The service will be held at St. Sebastian Church in Milwaukee at 55th & Washington Blvd. on Monday, March 21 at 7:00 pm.

Archbishop Timothy Dolan, ELCA Bishop Paul Stumme-Diers and Rev. Charles Schramm will officiate.

Mayor Tom Barrett will present a Proclamation declaring March 24th a Day of Recognition in honor of Monseņor Romero.
