The Black Catholic community will celebrate Jubilee 2000 with Archbishop Rembert G. Weakland, O.S.B., and Bishop Richard J. Sklba on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m. at Milwaukee's Messmer High School. The Jubilee celebration will consist of a prayer service that will allow the community to "Reflect" on past accomplishments, to "Renew" the commitment to individual and collective ministries, and to "Rejoice" because in rejoicing people can give praise.

Renowned author and theologian Rev. Bryan Massingale of the Saint Francis Seminary will preside at the celebration.
