DCT Facility Construction Photos

Construction of the DCT facility began in November 2004 with initial surveying and leveling of the access road and site summit.  The official groundbreaking for the DCT was celebrated on July 12, 2005. Facility construction has remained active since then and is expected to finish in early 2007.
