5. What is to be done?

The scope of both the resources and the time required are immense, but so were the commitments made to the defeat of Fascism and Communism. A struggle of this kind would be fully in keeping with the ideals of our nation, the ideals proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence that demand equal rights for all, regardless of where they were born.
