Senate Budget Committee -- Calendar Review

The Budget Act Calendar Review is a document prepared periodically by the Budget Committee Majority Staff. It lists bills on the Senate Calendar that (1) potentially face budgetary points of order; (2) have been "cleared," meaning that they face no budgetary points of order; and (3) are under review for potential budgetary points of order.

The Budget Act Calendar Review consists of two lists:
  1. Budget Act Calendar Review (Short) -- simply lists legislation by Calendar Number, Bill Number, and Budget Act Violation

  2. Budget Act Calendar Review (Detailed) -- lists legislation by bill number, brief description of the legislation, status of its fiscal review (cleared, problem, or under review), and the status of its mandates review (cleared, problem, or under review)
