     Are you ready to take "it" to the next level?

  "It" is the archdiocesan web site - www.archmil.org - and Information Systems and Communications are preparing to take the site to the next level.

The archdiocesan web site was re-designed and re-launched in December 2001. Since that time visitor numbers have increased and we have received tremendous feedback about the material on the site. Now we are ready to expand the content on the site in order to provide even more information to the 1,600 people who visit our site daily.

Over the last year archmil.org has been used to efficiently deliver information to parish and school personnel. The features of the web site can enhance programs your department hosts for these audiences.

If you'd like to …

  • Communicate more effectively with your audience(s);
  • Enhance your department's/office's presence on the web;
  • Streamline your operations;
  • Save money;
  • Increase staff productivity;

… then join Information Systems and Communications staff members to learn how all of the above can be done by using the archdiocesan web site. We will host meetings on

Thursday, Nov. 21 (1-3 p.m., Room B123)
Friday, Nov. 22 (8:30-10:30 a.m., Computer Lab)
Tuesday, Dec. 3 (1-3 p.m., Room B123)
and Wednesday, Dec. 4 (8:30-10:30 a.m., Room B123)

to share information on how departments and offices can benefit from archmil.org.

If you have questions, feel free to contact Jerry Schulz (x530), Mark Barthel (x454), Margaret Erhart (x335) or Kathleen Hohl (x494).

We hope to see you in the next several weeks and share more information about "it."
