The World Mission Office at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee will coordinate local financial aid for victims of Saturday's earthquake in El Salvador, Central America. Those wishing to make donations should send checks to:

Only checks made payable to the World Mission Office should be sent. No clothing, food or other articles will be accepted. "Our experience shows that the fastest and most effective way to aid victims of natural disasters is to provide emergency funds through recognized agencies and organizations," said Sr. Fran Cunningham, Director of the Office for World Mission for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. One hundred percent of the donations will be sent to organizations working on site in El Salvador.
