 Sunday July 31 2005, 11:56 Exclusive members only chat session with Tony, Janet's trainer! Todays members only chat session has been moved to Tuesday 2nd of August. During this chat session we will have Janet's personal workout trainer, Tony Martinez join us. You can ask him all the questions you always wanted to know on how to get in shape yourself and finding out about janet's workout routines etc. The chat session will be held at 10 AM (LA time) - 7 PM (European time) To find out what the time will be in your timezone you can find out through this website: worldtimeserver.com If you are not able to make it but would still like to ask Tony a question we will be putting an option in the members section where you can leave a question for him. We will than forward this to him. He will than decide if he would like to answer this during the chat session or not. We will put up a transcript of the chat session at a later time in the members area. On the day of the chat you will be able to click on the banner in the members section. Monday July 25 2005, 09:12 Janet creates "Thank You Nation 1814" for Sly Stone Tribute Billboard reports: "Janet Jackson, OutKast's Big Boi, Moby, the Roots, Maroon 5 and the Black Eyed Peas' Will.I.Am have recorded new music that has been combined with master tapes from Sly & the Family Stone to create the material on "Different Strokes by Different Folks."" It's also been reported that Janet has recorded material for tribute albums for Joni Mitchell and Luther Vandross, but they have yet to be released. We'll try to find out more about this one. Read more...  Thursday July 21 2005, 04:20 Update on Jackson Party in Berlin On the 22nd of July Janet’s father, Joseph Jackson will celebrate his birthday in Berlin, Germany. On this day he would like to thank the fans from all around the world for their support. Will Janet attend this party ? Well according to the organizers and the media she is. But we received information directly coming from Janet that she will not be attending this years birthday party. She would like to continue work on recording her upcoming album. And has decided that flying to Germany in between could distract her too much from that. If you signed up for this party through the fanclub. We have sent out an confirmation email on how to obtain your tickets.

Sunday July 03 2005, 02:42 Luther Vandross passed away. Friday July 1st, Luther Vandross passed away at the age of 54. Luther was an amazing talent who will be sadly missed all around the world. His life was taken far too early. Our condolences are with his family and friends during this difficult period. In 1992 Janet and Luther did a duet together "The best things in life are free" for the "Mo' Money" soundtrack. |
