     Attention: Parish Council Secretaries & Parish Web Administrators
 
  It's time to update your parish staff, parish councilors and parish committee chairpersons on the Archdiocesan extranet.

As verification that your changes have been made, we ask that a listing of your councilors & committee chairpersons with name, address, phone, email & position be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to:

Click on the address below for information on updating the Extranet system.

If you have the names of councilors but not their position enter them in the group "Parish Council Member @ Large" until the liaisons have been decided.

Information should be updated as soon as you receive changes to insure that no one will miss out on important emails or mailings. The Parish Leadership Conference registration booklet will be sent to council & staff in early August. Your help in updating your parish data by August 1 will insure that the right people get this information in a timely manner.
