Writing Applications with Mozilla Framework
Abstract	Many people know Firefox and Thunderbird to be mere applications. What they generally fail to notice is the framework that makes these applications possible - The Mozilla Framework. This tutorial session is to demonstrate authoring addons to existing applications and developing new applications with the Mozilla framework.
Pre-requisites	Knowledge of XML/HTML and CSS would be a huge plus!
Speaker Profile	Prasad is a part time contributor to Mozilla Thunderbird, Swecha Telugu Desktop and is a developer of the Indic Input Firefox extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3972) He is a co-founder of Synovel Technologies and is currently leading the development of an open source enterprise collaboration system based on the Mozilla platform. Before founding Synovel Technologies, he graduated from IIIT Hyderabad and worked with the open source center of excellence at TCS, Hyderabad.
