We put it back together so Nate could ride it out at John Scholls Show Up, Shut Up and Ride 3 day event at Grattan Raceway. Annual SSR in early August. |
| This is my lovely wife Sharon. A certified AreoSpace welder too. Sharon and I working on the Rocket Bomber Buell powered custom. She designed the fuel tank, helped establish the ergonomics of the riding position and assisted in the concept and layout/style of the bike. |

| Most have never heard of ARC Fabrication or Doug Cook even though I have been quietly building custom exhaust systems and frames predominately for Ducati's over the last 16 years. ARC is just a mom & pop operation, with help from my wife and some great friends at BCM. ARC grew out of exuberance and passion for all things with Twin cylinders,( we love thumpers too), the excitement of racing and the emotion and wonderful dynamics of the people and machines associated with motorcycles. When you hold an exhaust system or frame built by us in your hands, you will understand the amount of effort and care put into what you hold. I am old school in my values about craftsmanship and quality. Having 32+ years experience in precision welding, fit up and fabrication, this is transferred into my products. I believe in supplying you, with the highest quality product that is physically possible for me to make. One of my philosophy's about providing you with a handcrafted product is that it means a great deal to me that you receive something of true value, that you have spent your money wisely and that there is no doubt that what you just purchased is a reflection of my personal commitment to quality and craftsmanship. | Bootleg system for a liquid oxygen/hydrogen rocket engine. This is one project I was involved while employed at one of the premier rigid tube assembly houses in the world. All the large diameter tubes are fitted and welded by me. 1st major upgrade to this venerable engine since the early 60's. The Y block and "bootleg" was added to increase impulse power. Used on geo sync satellites and as engines on earth to orbit booster vehicles. Pretty cool stuff. Designed in the late 50's, never been equaled for reliability. Used on countless space vehicles. |
