• 8” x 36” Tulle or netting, any color
• 12 wrapped candies
• Pieces of curling ribbon
• Scissors

1. Lay the 8” x 36” piece of tulle or netting flat out in front of you.

2. At the top of the material space out the 12 pieces of candy across the top.

3. Roll the tulle into a long roll with the candies inside.  It will be easier to have two people do this step together.

4. Tie the ribbons at each end and between the candies.  Keep in mind that the candies should remain evenly spaced.

5. Tie the two ends together.  To make the necklace fancier, curl the ends of the ribbons.

6. To wear, slip over head.
