Walker Cemetery near Silas Drive
Tupper's Creek, WV as of May, 1997

The two flat markers in the foreground are George William & Alice Susan EDENS Walker. There is no road or path to the cemetery. It is located at the base of a hill across from Silas Walker Church where Silas Drive meets Tupper's Creek. To visit the cemetery, you have to park next to Tupper's Creek, cross the creek, and walk across a field. The head stones for Uncle George and Aunt Alice were acquired and placed by Orville C. Edens about 1988 and he kept their grave sites cleared until his death in September,1996. This picture was taken in May 1997.
