Over at the_kawoosher we pimp/advertise any competitions/awards/etc that are held for Stargate vidders.

We think it would be a good idea to do the same here on this comm - to help keep all you Impala editors in the loop and up-to-date with anything you might like to enter yourself - so if any of you have any suggestions of award sites/competitions/whatever that we could advertise here for all of you Supernatural vidders - places that your own vids are entered maybe, or places you're involved with who regularly hold challenges/awards/etc - please feel free to let us know =)

I have a list of some sites and competitions I've been checking out recently, but input from you guys is always greatly appreciated, so thanks in advance =)

I've been a busy geek and I'm currently working on a site revamp... as well as this:

Now now, stop clicking the image, I can't give you a link just yet! ;) The Roadhouse is still under construction but I thought I should give you guys a heads-up about this potential SPN vidding forum.

Like the Kawoosh! forum, not only will it be a place for vidders to exchange ideas, teach, learn, show off your work, and leave feedback, but The Roadhouse will hopefully host regular vidding challenges to keep your creative minds on the ball.

So be ready and on the look out, for something wicked this way comes!

A day late - for which I really do apologise - but I'm sure that even I can have a little leeway sometimes =) Anyway... on with the purpose of the post...

Here's your slightly later than usual weekly Saturday reminder to go check out the 7 new vids listed over at The Impala this week - enjoy =)

Just a reminder... it is perfectly acceptable to use your LJ as a "homepage" when listing your videos, similarly using LJ entry pages as a "video page" of where your video is available for download, provided that your video is hosted on an approved site (or privately) and this approved (or private) link is one of the download links on your LJ page.

So if you want more feedback for your vids and you use approved links on your LJ page - why not use that as your video page? Make sense? Hope so!

Please spread the word as we're asked this a lot and yes... it is okay =)
