a 10% discount with $4.00 total for shipping. Orders of 6-9 copies
receive 20% discount ($5.00 shipping), and 10 or more receive
a 40% discount and are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS)
or the United States Postal Service (USPS) , book rate from Massachusetts
(UPS zone 1), pre-paid. Customer pays shipping costs. (Customer
