VOICE OVER

Jessica DiCicco

Jessica DiCicco

Born in Los Angeles and raised in New York City, Jessica DiCicco, daughter of actor, Bobby DiCicco, has been around show business her entire life. Despite her early exposure to the business, Jessica began her own acting career unintentionally when she was selected by Marlo Thomas from among thousands of New York school children to appear on the ABC-TV special, "Free To Be A Family." Francis Ford Coppola was also an early mentor, casting her in "The Godfather Part III," which she followed with a featured part in Nancy Savoca's cult classic "Household Saints."

Among her numerous commercial credits is a groundbreaking three-spot Nike campaign directed by Spike Lee. On stage, Jessica has worked with several prestigious repertory companies, including The Ensemble Studio Theater, Westbeth Theater, Circle Rep Lab and Allison Janneys Red Earth Ensemble Theater. Her television credits mounted with co-starring roles in the NBC-TV miniseries "Witness To The Mob" and MOW "In The Nick of Time." DiCicco was nominated for a Young Artist Award for her work in the Nickelodeon pilot "Bus Number 9," and she starred in the ensuing miniseries, "As Our Schoolbus Turns." Nickelodeon, noting her distinctive and versatile voice, cast her as the voice of Noggin to launch its new Noggin network.

Since then she has voiced the lead roles of Malina in "The Emperors New School," and Maggie in "The Buzz on Maggie," both for Disney; Lexi Bunny in Warner Brother's version of Looney Toons "Loonatics Unleashed;" and Frances in "Jim Hensons Frances." She also lent her voice to Shelby, the girl scout in Dreamworks feature "Over The Hedge" and, most recently, to the character of Gwen in Amy Poehler's new series for Nickelodeon, "The Mighty B."
