Automated Attendant applications greet callers, provide them
with audio or visual (fax) information, and/or transfer them
to the selected agent, with the integration of the Voice mail
module the callers can even leave voice or fax messages
through the same call and simply get the response later when
the agent is free to call them and supply them with the
information they need.Callers can access the desired party
using either telephone digits (Pulse or Tone) or Voice phrase
with the help of a third party Voice Recognition software. The
developed software is very flexible and can be integrated with
virtually any PBX system and take advantage of any additional
features the telephone switching may provide including Message
waiting notifications and Automation Number Identification of
the caller, by knowing the callers number the operator can
greet the caller by personal greetings and provide the called
agent with the information about the caller even before the
call is transferred to him/her, these call centers can provide
excellent costumer support centers with up-to-date
information. |

Unified Messaging integrates Voice-Mail, Fax and E-Mail to provide
seamless multimedia communications. With the help of third party
Text to Speech engines callers can have their E-mail messages
read to them over the phone. With this application users can
have all their messages in one Box, by integrating with Microsoft
messaging the Voice/Fax Mail server can send received messages
to the user's inbox in the form of E-Mail attachments that can
be viewed (edited) using the OLE features of Win 32. Besides
usual message notifications using the features of the telephone
switch (PBX) the Messaging system is capable of paging the user
in a series of previously defined phone numbers. Each messaging
box can have it's own settings making it suitable for any application,
boxes can dynamically be created and removed form the system
with no limit to the total number of boxes in the system.

TeleBanking, Student registration, home shopping and tour reservation
are among the most popular Interactive Voice response (IVR)
applications. With the help of our state of the art IVR design
studio computer operators (not necessarily programmers) can
build a complicated voice response unit in a matter of minutes
instead of weeks or months if they intended to develop the whole
application. The tree structured IVR system can then be easily
manipulated by the graphical interface or even by using the
telephone interface for remote administration. Creating multi-lingual,
multi-application IVR systems is an easy task using the tools
provided by Tehran Computer Co. and by making it as easy as
it could get the maintenance of the whole system will be a fairly
easy job due to the ease of use and the low level previous experience
that is necessary for working with these tools. |

Fax-on-Demand, Fax Broadcasting, fax mail and fax response are
the most widely used fax applications. Tehran Computer's interactive
fax features are used to provide information to callers in printed
form. By the integration of this module with the IVR module
more complicated and useful voice response systems can be designed,
giving information in both voice and fax type eliminating the
need of long voice prompts or just giving away printed documents
where necessary. With the right tools from Tehran Computer your
imagination will be the only limit to how far your voice response
system can go.
