Organisers have announced that the show has made it into the final four in eight out of the nine Panel Vote categories:

Comedy Performance:

Nina Wadia as businesswoman and a devoted mother Zainab Masood. Nina is up against Simon Gregson (Coronation Street), Dominic Brunt (Emmerdale), Hollie-Jay Bowes (Hollyoaks).

Dramatic Performance:

Patsy Palmer as Bianca. Patsy is up against Anita Carey (Doctors), Jenna-Louise Coleman (Emmerdale), Carley Stenson (Hollyoaks).

Best Dramatic Performance (Under 16):

Maisie Smith as Tiffany. Maise is up against Alexander Bain (Coronation Street), Isabel Hodgins (Emmerdale), Ellis Hollins (Hollyoaks).

Newcomer:

Shona McGarty as Whitney Dean. Shona is up against Craig Gazey (Coronation Street), Selina Chilton (Doctors), Jorgie Porter (Hollyoaks).

Best On-screen Partnership:

Nitin Ganatra and Nina Wadia as Masood and Zainab. Nitin and Nina are up against Simon Gregson and Katherine Kelly (Coronation Street), Mark Charnock and Dominic Brunt (Emmerdale), Nico Mirallegro and Marc Silcock (Hollyoaks).

More Nominations

Eastenders is also nominated for Best Storyline (Bianca discovers the truth about Tony), Spectacular Scene of the Year (The Millers' house explodes) and Best Single Episode (Bianca discovers the truth about Tony). The competition in these categories has yet to be announced.

Online Voting

Members of the EastEnders cast featured heavily in the online polls for Best Actor, Best Actress, Sexiest Male, Sexiest Female and Villain Of The Year. The show itself is also, unsurprisingly, up for Best Soap.
