If you're reading this before 10/17/04, the file you're looking for has probably not yet been reloaded in the Web site.

If you're reading this after 10/17/04, the file you're looking for is probably on the site but has a new URL. I will soon put a link to a search engine to help you find it. 

In all cases, if you know the URL of what you're looking for, drop it into Google and pull up the cached version. It's just as good, textually speaking.
