Burns Lake

Four reserves on 164 hectares, located 220 km west of Prince George off Highway #16. There is a small community on the Burns Lake reserve.

The Burns Lake band is named after the explorer Michael Byrnes. Burns Lake is at the geographical centre of B.C. and the band is part of the Carrier linguistic group.
