| Dresdner defines direction for D'Accord Confirming the story D'Accord sold to Dresdner, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), the investment banking division of Dresdner Bank AG, has acquired US-based advisor and arranger D'Accord Financial Services from EPS Solutions Corp (EPS). Financial terms were not disclosed.
