Job Title: Online Account Manager
Reports To: East Coast Advertising Director

Summary: Sells all forms of online advertising space for Imagine Entertainment by performing the following duties.
- Prepares list of prospects from leads in other publications, Web sites and from old accounts.
- Contacts and visits prospects exhibits prepared samples.
- Maintains accurate accounting of all available and contracted ad inventory.
- Obtains pertinent information concerning prospects' past and current advertising
- Assigns available ad inventory by priority for sold campaigns, sponsorship inclusion, trade, in-house use, or sale via third party.
- Prepares or supervises preparation of sample layouts and copy with headings for ads.
- Confers with advertisers to determine timing of ad insertions and reinsertions or impressions.
- Presents and negotiates rates with client.
- Prepares and signs client contracts and insertion orders.
- Notifies current and potential advertisers of opportunities of interest, such as a related topical article or date of a related special online event.
- Collects or supervises collection of payments due.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
- Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with insertions.
- Attends trade shows.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college preferred (but not required)
Experience: At least 6 months related experience and/or training perfered; including either Internet advertising sales or Internet advertising buying
Computer Skills: Word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Contact Management
General Skills: Motivated, entrepreneurial, organized
