Saitek Cyborg 3D Gold
This is perhaps the best stick under $40 that you can buy. It's got a few problems, but it's a solid performer.

Ratings Key:

Put this in your PC or you'll be sorry. This is the type of hardware you need to be a hardcore gamer.
Recommended for making you PC a better place to play. Whether you're re-tuning your system or building one from the ground up, you can't go wrong with this baby.
Not quite worth your dollars. Perhaps there was a good idea in here somewhere, but the final product leaves something to be desired. Save your money and buy something better.
Save your pennies, 'cause adding this to your rig will only piss you off. Unless you enjoy long hours on hold waiting to talk to tech support, avoid this one at all costs.
