If you'd rather order by mail the details are as follows:
ALL PRICES LISTED ABOVE INCLUDE 4TH CLASS POSTAGE IN THE US, AND AIRMAIL FOR EVERYWHERE ELSE, OTHER POSTAGE AND ORDERING INFORMATION IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO HYDRAHEAD. If you must send cash, make sure it is well concealed. If you send a check we will hold your order for longer, so if you want to get your goods faster we recommend the use of a money order or cash.
2. DON'T SEND CHECKS THAT ARE GONNA BOUNCE. If they do it'll cost you fifteen bucks for bank processing fees, and if you don't pay up we'll turn your account over to a collection agency, which will cost you even more money. Just don't write bad checks cause you won't get your stuff and you'll make enemies of our already disgruntled employees.
3. If you want your order sent PRIORITY MAIL (Available in the US only), send an extra $3.00 FOR ORDERS UNDER $50.00 AND $5.00 FOR ANYTHING OVER THAT.
4. WRITE LEGIBLY or we won't know where to send your order, and neither will the Post Office. Make sure your name and address is on the envelope and on the order itself. It makes everything so much easier.
5. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN MAIL, So please don't call up yelling at us if you didn't get your stuff. We're sorry this is the way it's gotta be, but we can't afford to pay for the Postal Services' mistakes. We have never ripped anyone off, and we get very few complaints about lost orders, but if you want to make sure your order gets to you, here are our recommendations:
A. Send your letter registered or insured to make sure it gets to us (especially if you send cash!!)
B. To insure your order include $2.00 for orders under $50.00 and $3.00 for anything over that.
**Insured orders are available for Priority Mail ONLY, so don't forget to include money for that as well.
6. DON'T CALL US ASKING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS. We don't log in orders when we get them, and we get so much mail it's unlikely that we'll remember each individual order, More than likely the person answering the phone is not the person who fills out the orders anyway.
7. LIST ALTERNATES. Especially for clothing because that stuff has a tendency to go in and out quickly. If you don't list alternates your order will take longer to fill and you'll just end up getting a credit slip.
8. PLEASE BE PATIENT. It usually takes about 2-4 weeks to get your order to you., and sometimes a little longer depending on the holidays and our workload. Like we stated earlier, here are some things that can help speed up your order
A. Send a money order or cash rather than a check.
B. List as many alternates as possible
C. Request and include money for Priority Mail (US ONLY)
9. PEOPLE WHO SEND US LARGE ORDERS WILL GET FREE STUFF (Stickers, posters, 7"s and other surprises), So there's incentive for you . . .
