Awards

There are a variety of awards given to individuals, and their works, in the genre each year. Many of the awards bear the name of a great person from the past who helped shape the field. Those honored by being nominated, represent the best that the field has to offer in the genre, in that category, that year. And, those that win the awards, represent the best of the best.
