There are four main ways of finding information at SoundFont.com:
- Use The Left-Hand Menu: You can click on the links running down the left hand column of any page to be taken to the various sections of our site.
- Use the Lower Text Menu: At the bottom of each page, you will find a series of text links, corresponding to the links which are part of the
left-hand menu. They can also be used to navigate through our site.
- Use the Sound Category Menu: Near the bottom of each page within our Shop For Sounds section, there is a submenu entitled "Shop By Category."
The text links within this submenu can be used to quickly navigate between different genres or music types to shop for particular SoundFont CDs and/or
downloadable banks.
- Use the Search Feature: You may search SoundFont.com by entering words into the search box near the top left-hand corner of each page and then
clicking on the "Go" button which is located just to the right of the search box.
How do I order something?
Buying something from www.soundfont.com is a simple process and consists of the following steps:
- Click once on any "Buy Now" button to add an item to your shopping cart.
- If you would like to purchase additional items, click on the "Shop For More" button in the shopping cart. This will take you back to the most logical
page from which you were just ordering. For example, if you were to add a Millenium Synths SoundFont CD to your shopping cart by clicking on its "Buy Now"
button on the "Synths" categorty page, when you click on the "Shop For More" button in the shopping cart, you will be taken back to the "Synths" category
page because we assume you would like to purchase further Synth-related products. Of course, if you want to purchase products from a different category,
you can navigate to those pages using the Sounds or Products links in the left-hand menu as well as the Shop By Category links near the bottom of each
shopping page.
- Add additional items to your shopping cart by clicking once on the appropriate "Buy Now" buttons.
- Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, click once on the "Click for Secure Payment" button in the shopping
cart. This will take you to our "Personal Information" page.
- On the "Personal Information" page, enter your email address, first and last names, etc. Please note that you must enter the mailing address where you
receive your credit card statements exactly as it appears on your statement. This is the only address to which SoundFont.com will ship products and we do
not ship to U.S. Post Office boxes. Once all of your information is entered, click once on the "Select Shipping and Payment Methods" button. This will
take you to our "Payment / Shipping Information" page.
- On the "Payment / Shipping Information" page, select the shipping method you desire (some products may include free shipping, so there may not always be
a section on this page where you can choose a shipping method) and enter your credit card information (be sure to not include any spaces between the
digits of your credit card number). Then click once on the "Show Me The Order Preview Now" button. This will take you to our "Order Preview" page.
- If you need to change your address information, click once on the "Press Here to Edit Address Information" text link. If you wish to add additional
items to your shopping cart, click once on the "Shop For More" button. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, click once on the "Cancel" button.
- If you are satisfied with your order as it appears on the "Order Preview" page, we suggest that you print the "Order Preview" page for your records.
Then click once on the "Order is Good - Check Me Out!" button. This will take you to our End User License page.
- The End User License Agreement applies to the purchase of both downloadable technology and CD products. If you do not agree with the terms of
the agreement, you should click once on the "I Decline" text link, at which point your order will be terminated. If you do agree with the terms of the
agreement, you should click once on the "I Agree" text link.
- At this point, our shopping system will submit your credit card information to our ecommerce gateway. If your card is declined, you will have the
opportunity to: 1) return to the "Personal Information" page and confirm that your order details are correct; 2) contact our webmaster if you believe there
is a problem; or, 3) submit your order via phone, email, or postal mail. If your card is accepted, you will be taken to a confirmation page and you will
also be sent a confirming email which may give you further information regarding your order.
What are my payment options?
SoundFont.com offers several options by which you can make payment:
- Credit Card: By far the easiest method of ordering an item or items from SoundFont.com is to use your credit card and make your purchase online.

CA 95067-0015; United States of America. Prior to sending your cashier's check or money order, however, you must contact our Direct Sales Department via

all other countries) to receive a quotation of the full price with sales tax and shipping charges). SoundFont.com does not accept personal checks.
- Coupons: From time to time, SoundFont.com may issue coupons which enable an end user to obtain a discount on products purchased over the web or
through our Direct Sales programs. Such coupons, if issued, will be subject to the terms and conditions printed on or included with the coupons.
- Financing: In the future, SoundFont.com may offer financing through a third party on certain products sold over the web. If you are interested

How do I know my order information is secure?
SoundFont.com guarantees the security of its online shopping system. We guarantee that every transaction you make at SoundFont.com's online shopping
system will be 100% safe. This means you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at www.soundfont.com.
All information transmitted between the end user and our shopping system is encrypted from the moment you click the "Click For Secure Payment" button
within the Shopping Cart until your order is complete. Our technology begins by using Netscape's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL
encrypts the transmissions from both SoundFont.com's server as well as your computer. Therefore, the transmission from our server forms a matched pair
with the transmission from your computer, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. If you are using Netscape 1.0 or later or Microsoft
Internet Explorer 1.0 or later as your web browser, your transactions are fully encrypted and secure when you buy from SoundFont.com. You'll know that
it is secure when you see a full yellow key in a blue box in the lower left-hand corner of your Netscape browser or a full "lock" in the status bar of your

In addition, www.soundfont.com is a Verisign Secure Site, which means that all information sent to this site, if in an SSL session (signified by the
presence of the full yellow key in the lower left-hand corner of your Netscape browser or of the full "lock" in the status bar of your Internet Explorer
browser), is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.
Finally, you should know that SoundFont.com does not keep any of your credit card information on site. Once your transaction is complete, your credit card
information is discarded.
How do I know my order information is kept private?

Your shopping system says the item I want is out of
stock. What do I do now?
While every effort is taken to ensure that the product you wish to purchase is in stock at all times, there may be times when particular products are out of
stock. When you attempt to purchase an item is out of stock, you will be taken to a web page which notifies you of that fact.
If you would like to be placed on a list of people who are interested in back ordering the item in question, please feel free to contact our Sales

from all other countries and ask to be placed on a back order list for the item in question. You will be notified of the status of future stock orders,
and if applicable, you will be notified once the item becomes available again.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
SoundFont.com charges sales tax on all orders which are placed by California residents. We charge a sales tax rate of 8.00 percent on all such orders.
What about tariffs, duties, and VAT for international
customers?
SoundFont.com does not collect or calculate tariffs, duties and VAT which may be charged to customers outside of the United States. If you live outside of
the United States and wish to know what amounts you will be charged in the way of tariffs, duties, and/or VAT, we recommend you contact your local
authorities to ask for this information.
How do you ship the product I order and what shipping and
handling rates will I be charged?
SoundFont.com delivers products to you in one of four ways:
- Certain SoundFont banks are available for immediate electronic download.
- Those offers, if any, which include free shipping are typically sent via U.S. airmail.
- Products purchased through our web site are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) using UPS' published rates. During the order process, you will be
given the choice of any shipping options which UPS currently offers to your location.
- If you prefer another shipping method (FedEx, Airborne, etc.), you can contact our Direct Sales department via email at
directsales@soundfont.com or via phone at 888.372.1372 in the United States or (+1) 831.430.1748 from all
other countries to place your order.
SoundFont.com does not add any handling charges in addition to the shipping rate you are charged, unless otherwise noted on our web site.
What is your return policy?
Products sold by SoundFont.com to the consumer through this web site will be considered accepted by the consumer unless the consumer calls SoundFont.com
for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within thirty (30) days of the shipping of the product. RMA numbers can be obtained by calling
Customer Service at 831.438.1921, extension 1164. Unless otherwise stated on our web site, product may be returned only for reasons of defectiveness.
