I went to Don Feliz today for lunch, and told the nice young man who waited on me that I just HAD to have the recipe for their sauce. He went to the kitchen to ask the chef, and apologized because the chef couldn't give him the exact measurements. Anyway, I will share the ingredients with you.
 
Put into the blender: Jalapeno chilies, deseeded
1 dried red chili
some cut up red (Bermuda) onions
some celery.
 
Pulverize everything into a paste, taste for salt and general flavor. We may have to adjust the amounts of onion and celery to the amount of jalapenos to get it right.
 
This is the best I can do.
