Try the bouillabaise at Le Petit Bistro, in Sherman Oaks, at their bargain price on TU & WE (I think).
 
Also in the SFV is The Seashell, which also has an excellent bouillabaise. They're in Tarzana, and this is an incredible bargain if you go for their Early Bird dinner.
