I haven't been able to find a lot of "info" on Harvey's Guss on the web. Wonder if someone can tell me if he fills smaller orders (such as a 4-6 pound order of say aged Rib Eye or New York steaks). I realize his focus is filling larger orders for restaurants, et al, but would a smaller order, phoned in a day in advance, be possible?
