We've been trying to figure out this recipe for a couple of years. My cousin is a chef and this is his recipe.

These proportions make one entree size serving.

2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons clarified butter
2-4 large cloves of garlic (minced or grated)
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Chili Sauce (or Garlic Chili Paste)
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
1-2 tblsp. Parmesan cheese

Chinese noodles (I am using Yon Yuck Marco Polo Chinese style noodles)

Add all ingredients except parmesan cheese to a small sauté pan. Slowly simmer sauce while the
water is heating for the noodles. Do not brown the garlic or butter. Once the noodles are cooked. Pour sauce over noodles and toss with parmesan cheese. Closer then nothing. Good luck!

Have you been to Crustacean for lunch? As an entre they offer a bowl of garlic noodles with sauteed shrimp. Very yum.
