My first time to Lula was this last April (I just moved here in March) and I have been there a couple of times since, the most recent about a month ago.
 
I thought it was quite good, with the exception of a disappointing chicken mole that I don't remember the exact name of. (I seem to remember this dish being named after or attributed to a woman... "whats-her-name's mole.") The service was slow on one occassion, but this could have been a fluke.
 
Overall, it is good food and a nice experience - I will definitely go back there.
