Beg to differ on the Lincoln/Washington location - get there early and/or show up late and you will get a table. Reason I prefer Lincoln/Washington site (in addition to being closer to my house!) is that you can bring your own wine with no corkage fee. Can't imagine LAX site has a wine list that could compare to what I could bring in on my own. The 7-11 next door to Lincoln/Washington site finally got a clue and now carries a very good selection of wine in case you show up empty handed. The one Alejo's-related restaurant you want to avoid is the Pasta Factory on Washington in the Marina, closer to the beach. THEE worst food and service I have ever encountered - 180 degrees different than the Alejo's on Lincoln/Washington....although the food at Alejo's is not going to win any culinary awards, it is tasty and very cheap - nice combination.
