There is one on the north side of Wilshire between Barrington and Granville. It's called Pho Bac Huynh, and it is in a plaza with Subway, Baja Buds, Mishima, and others. There is also another one on the north side of Santa Monica between Colby and Federal. The name is something like "Le Saigon", but I can't remember the last half of it. I've eaten at Pho Bac Huynh, and it's okay, but I've never eaten at the second one. Just discovered it last week.
